Introduction

The evaporator consists of a heating chamber and an evaporation chamber. The heating chamber will provide the heat of evaporation required for the liquid, thereby promoting the boiling and vaporization of the liquid; the evaporation chamber completely isolates the gas from the liquid. As a heat exchanger, the evaporator can transfer the heat of the cooling space to the refrigerant. After the evaporator absorbs the heat of the food in the tank, it evaporates into the saturated steam of the refrigerant to achieve the purpose of cooling.

The cooling tower evaporative condenser is combined with the condenser, circulating pool, circulating water pump, and water pipe, which reduces the cooling tower, circulating water pump, water pipe and other equipment, and also reduces the processing and installation costs of the single-piece cooling tower/condenser system.

Save space. The evaporative condenser combines the condenser coil and the cooling tower, saving valuable space, and does not require the use of larger pumps and piping like the cooling tower/condenser system. The evaporative condenser only needs about 50% of the windward area of the air-cooled condenser of the same specification.

Material

Commonly used materials in the evaporator are carbon steel, 304 stainless steel, 316L stainless steel, duplex steel and titanium. For some non-corrosive materials, the first is carbon steel. For non-corrosive materials that require cleanliness, as well as materials with less severe corrosion, 304 stainless steel can be used. For operating conditions that are more corrosive but have no chloride ions or low chloride ion content, 316L stainless steel can be used.

Function

As the heat exchanger, the evaporator can transfer the heat of the cooling space to the refrigerant, and after absorbing the heat of the food in the tank, it evaporates to the saturated vapor of the refrigerant to achieve the purpose of cooling.
